You may not even realize that you have a vitamin D (dance) deficiency. Dance is the missing nutrient that, once introduced into your diet, instantly improves your well-being.  Zumba is a fun and unintimidating way to get your groove on instantly, even if you've never stepped foot on a dance floor!  It may take a few classes before you begin to get the moves down, but don't worry.  All the while you are burning calories (up to 900 per class!), strengthening your cardiovascular system, improving your mood, exercising your brain, and making some new friends in the process.
